Stormwater management planning area means the geographic area for which a stormwater management planning agency is authorized to prepare stormwater management plans, or a specific portion of that area identified in a stormwater management plan prepared by that agency. Road Opening Permit - The applicant shall apply for a road-opening permit and pay the required fee where a new pipeline is to be constructed within or across the road pavement or footpath. Installation or replacement of private stormwater drain, utility service or water supply – Road Opening PermitRequirements of this condition are to be met prior to works commencing or prior to release of a Construction Certificate (whichever occurs first). Road Use Permit - The applicant shall obtain a Road Use Permit where any area of the public road or footpath is to be occupied as construction workspace, other than activities covered by a Road Opening Permit or if a Work Zone Permit is not obtained.Ī Swimming pool is proposed.Assessment of Works Permits (a to e) includes the preparation of footway design levels, vehicular crossing plans, dilapidation reports and issue of a Road Opening Permit.All proposed works within the public road and footway shall be constructed under the supervision and to the satisfaction of Council. These fees include Road Opening fees and Infrastructure Restoration fees.Īny works performed in, on or over a public road pursuant to this consent must be carried out in accordance with this consent and with the Road Opening Permit issued by Council as required under section 139 of the Roads Act 1993.
